This project was in bad condition. The floor boards were old and heavily stained with pet markings. We helped the customer choose a darker finish which added a richness to this rental property.

Sanding floors with dog urine staining on older hardwood saved our customer money compared to installing new hardwood floors. The sanding process removed the stained surface layers, revealing fresh wood beneath. This cost-effective solution eliminated the need for an expensive replacement. By refinishing, we restored the floor’s beauty and integrity, avoiding our customer the higher costs of new hardwood installation. Proper sanding and refinishing extended the life of this property's existing floors, making them look new again.
